Exercise : Push Up


Push Up
is a common exercise
which a person
lies facing the floor,
keeping their back straight,
raising and lowering
body using the arms.

This is an effective way
to strengthen the chest
and arm muscles.

Simple push ups require
no equipment other than
your own body weight
and arms, and
can be done
any firm surface
with enough space
for you
to stretch out flat in
