Exercise : Leg Raise


Leg raise is 
a strength training exercise
targeting
the interior hip flexors.

This is because
the abdominal muscles
used isometrically
to stabilize the body
during motion.

Leg raises
often used to
strengthen
rectus abdominus muscle,
internal and external oblique muscles.

For execution,
keep knees straight,
raise legs by flexing hips.
Return until
hips and knees are extended.
Set your target
and 
repeat these steps for few times.
