Exercise : Bridge


Bridge Excise

1. Lie flat on floor with hands by side and knees bent.
Your feet should be placed around shoulder width as starting posititon.

2. Push with your heels, lift your hips off the floor while back straight.
Breathe out as your perform this part and hold at top for a second.

3. Slowly go back to starting position as your breathe in


Benefits
This is an excellent exercise
for strengthening the bottom,
back of legs and also core.

It is an excellent exercise to perform
if you have any back injuries.

AHBOY x Teletubbies



Fanart for Teletubbies

Teletubbies is a British pre-school children's television series
created by Ragdoll Productions'
Anne Wood and Andrew Davenport.

The Programme focuses on
four multi-colored toddlers
of a mythological species
know as "Teletubbies",
named for the television screens implanted
in their abdomens.

Recognised throughout popular culture
for the unquely-shaped antenna
protruding from the head of each character,
Teletubbies communicate through
gibberish and were designed to 
bear resemblance to young children.

Tinky Winky

1st Teletubby, as well as largest and oldest of the group.
He is convered in purple terrycloth
and has triangular antenna on head.
He almsot always carries a red bag.

Dipsy

The second Teletubby.
Green and named after his antenna,
which resembles a dipstick.
Dipsy is most stubborn of Teletubbies,
and will occasionally reguse to go along
with others' group opinion.
Face is notably darker than the rest of Teletubbies.


    Laa-Laa

    The third Teletubby.
    Yellow and has curly antenna.
    Laa-Laa is very sweet, like to sing and dance,
    often shown looking out for other Teletubbies.
    Favourite toy is orange rubber ball.


    Po

    Forth Teletubby.
    Shortest and youngest.
    She is red and 
    has antenna shaped like
    a stick used for blowing soap bubbles.
    Normally speaks in soft voice

    Exercise : Lateral Raises


    Lateral Raises
    are great for strengthening shoulders.
    The core comes
    into play if you're bracing
    correctly when lifting,
    and your arms
    should feel some of the strain after 
    a set.

    HOW?
    1. Stand or sit with dumbbell in each hand at your side
    2. Keep your back straight, brace your core, slowly lift the weight out
    to the side untill arms are parallel with floor, with elbow slightly bent.
    3. Lower them back down, again in measured fashion-
    you'll find it all the harder if you avoid speeding up

    Exercise : Superman


    Superman core exercise
    is an exercise that
    strengthens
    your lower back
    and
    core muscles by
    isolating them as
    you lift your arms and legs
    off the floor.

    Step by Step
    To begin, lie straight and face down on floor or exercise mat,
    your arms should fully extended in front of you.
    Then, raise your arms, legs, and chest off of floor and hold it.
    Squeeze your lower back to get best results, remember exhale during movement.
    Slowly lower your arms, legs and chest back down to starting position while inhaling.

    Exercise : Leg Raise


    Leg raise is 
    a strength training exercise
    targeting
    the interior hip flexors.

    This is because
    the abdominal muscles
    used isometrically
    to stabilize the body
    during motion.

    Leg raises
    often used to
    strengthen
    rectus abdominus muscle,
    internal and external oblique muscles.

    For execution,
    keep knees straight,
    raise legs by flexing hips.
    Return until
    hips and knees are extended.
    Set your target
    and 
    repeat these steps for few times.

    Exercise : Bench Dips



    for Bench dips,
    you need to place
    a bench behind your back.

    Placing hands on edge of bench,
    position feet away from bench,
    straightens arms,
    slide rear end off
    of edge of bench,
    and rest heels on floor
    with legs straight

    during execution,
    lower body by bending arms
    until slight stretch is felt
    in chest or shoulder,
    or rear end touches floor.
    Raise body and repeat
    the same steps.

    Exercise : Chin Up


    Chin Up
    is a strength training exercise.
    People frequentyly do
    this exercise with intention
    of strengthening muscles
    such as latissimus dorsi
    and biceps,
    which extend the shoulder
    and flex the elbow.

    The movement begins
    with arms extended above head,
    gripping a hold.

    The body is pulled up,
    with bar approaches 
    or touches the upper chest.
    The body then lowered
    until arms are straight but 
    not in lockout,
    and the exercise is generally repeated.

    Exercise : Skipping Rope



    Skipping Rope
    is a tool used in the activity
    of skipping played
    by children and adults,
    were one or more participants
    jumpo over a rope swung
    so that it passes under
    their feet and heads.

    Skipping may used for cardiovascular workout,
    similar to jogging or bicycle riding.
    10 minutes of skipping is roughly
    equivalent of running 8 minutes mile.

    Skipping rope for
    15-20 minutes is enough
    to burn off the calories 
    from a candy bar.

    for several time based
    on yourself.
